Nicoline is the School Success Manager at DeansList Inc., a software platform that helps schools track non-academic data, such as attendance, behaviors, referrals, and positive incentives. She is a Washington native and taught high school math as a Teach for America Corps Member in Boston. She currently lives in New York and is passionate about helping schools save valuable teacher-time and promote equitable teaching practices. In her spare time, she loves to hike, read, and go to comedy shows.
